We partnered with GObike Buffalo, with support from New York State, to develop and execute the Safecity campaign - an innovative approach to promoting traffic safety through education and engagement. To create a compelling foundation, we crafted a comprehensive campaign identity that blended a friendly tone with dynamic, eye-catching visuals, ensuring a consistent and approachable presence across all platforms. The Safecity brand was strategically designed to educate and entertain, appealing to both children and adults by making traffic safety engaging and memorable.
To extend the campaign's impact, we produced a suite of branded collateral, including interactive animations and marketing materials that captured attention and fostered community dialogue around safe practices. A key component of our work was the design and development of SafecityBuffalo.com, an interactive microsite that served as the campaign's digital hub. The site featured animated elements and a gamified traffic safety quiz, encouraging users to test their knowledge while learning about essential traffic laws in an engaging, playful manner.
By merging bold visuals, interactive online features, and a focus on key safety messages, our work for Safecity transformed traditional traffic safety education into a dynamic and innovative experience, connecting meaningfully with diverse audiences and driving community engagement.
