Racing results feeds were integrated for properties featuring live racing, delivering real-time updates for guests. Event and promotion calendars allowed users to monitor upcoming activities, gaming tournaments, and special promotions, while gaming loyalty program integrations, including access to Lucky North Club, provided members with a streamlined experience for tracking rewards and promotions.

We worked closely with the Delaware North corporate team and individual properties to ensure the framework provided scalability and efficiency while allowing for unique customizations, from styling and branding to the specific integrations required by each casino. The rollout began with Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas, and following its success, we expanded deployment to Boston Billiard Club & Casino, Mardi Gras Casino, Finger Lakes Gaming, Wheeling Island, Two Kings Casino, and more.
