About the project

Faced with a changing business model that could no longer rely on a strong brick and mortar retail presence, CityMade approached Mr. Smith to help elevate their eCommerce presence. We started by modernizing the brand and then created a marketing plan driven by a suite of regularly scheduled digital touch points that keep CityMade’s core offerings top-of-mind for a hyper-targeted consumer base.
